Hey,
I'm Zach.
I'm honestly honored and humbled you're here. It's a blessing to be able to do this not only for myself but for my church as well, and my 12 and 13 year-old self wouldn't believe what I'm able to do week in and week out. So welcome! My style is warm, natural, and full of emotion. If the photo or video I'm looking at doesn't invoke a feeling, I don't use it. I want each individual item I edit to have a feel. I couldn't tell you what that is; it's one of those things where it could be how it's framed, the colors I use to edit, or the subject matter that makes up the frame. It's one of the mysteries I have found looking through the lens of a camera. It's an art-form that not only captivates the audience, but the user as well.
From Our Soil, To Their's
I was blessed to do some traveling in 2023 from Africa to Thailand, Taiwan, and Indonesia. It was a busy, but incredible year. Telling a story is the goal of every creative, and getting the opportunity to capture and tell a ton of those beautiful stories is a moment in time I will never forget.
Telling Your Story
A story isn't always a documentary. I story isn't always dialogue. The saying is true that a picture can really be worth a thousand words, but I love the entire concept of a story. Whether I have a camera in my hand taking photos, shooting video or having one-on-one dialogue with someone, the idea that everyone has a story to tell captivates my mind. So let me help you tell your story. It could be family pictures, engagement photos, filming the start of a business, a commercial, whatever that story is, I want it to be out there for the world to hear. Your story is worth telling.
The Process
01. Connect
Let's get together one-on-one, over FaceTime or through email and text message to see what story you want to tell.
Share your story
02. Imagine
Let's see exactly how you want your story to be told. It deserves a unique look
and feel. Your story is different than everyone else's and I need to know exactly how
you want your story to be developed.
Develop Your Vision
03. Create
Just like this sculptor that I got to photograph in Nashville, he had to have a vision, and develop that vision before actually creating this vehicle. The creative process has many steps, but the last one is to physically create it, and bring it to life.
